But If you design has:
- Higher than 22% glazing to wall ratio
- Better or unique systems, ground source air pump, radiant floor heating, solar hot water
- Using Structurally Insulated Panels of Insulated Concrete Forms
You will have to jump a few hurdles to comply with SB-12
